What this version stores

Saved and completed challenges are stored in your browser’s local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us by this site. Clearing browser storage removes them. We do not require an account.

Newsletter

If you join the Gnarly Dispatch, your email will be sent to the newsletter provider configured by the site operator. The provider may process it to send email and manage unsubscribes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a message. The signup endpoint should be configured for double opt-in before public beta.

Analytics and third parties

This MVP has no analytics tracker, advertising profile or cross-site identifier. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts in the current build; self-hosting or removing that request is recommended before launch if minimizing third-party requests is a priority.

Your choices

Do not submit an email if you do not want the newsletter. You can clear local storage through your browser settings. For provider-level data requests, use the unsubscribe or privacy contact provided in the live newsletter.
